HUB HOTEL
HUB HOTEL has become a place of tourist hospitality over the years. That is because it is open to the surrounding area and thus it is open to all virtuous collaborations than can enhance and add value to its hospitality. At the same time we give great value to those who wish collaborate with us.
We believe that economic relationships should be mutual and based on support, friendship and brotherhood, whatever they may be. These relationships, moreover, must be directional.

Naturally welcoming also means placing a specific focus on environmental sustainability that we plan to use as a guiding principle for our entire activity.
Our business sectors are organised to follow those “good practices” necessary to ensure the lowest possible environmental impact.

HUB HOTEL is an ever-evolving project, including its structural aspect. The current facility you are staying in represents the first step in a broader renovation plan that includes distinct phases distributed in time.
LOUNGE AREA
A welcoming and flexible space.
Our lounge area is a flexible space. It has been designed to offer the opportunity to relax, perhaps after a day spent exploring the beauty of our region. At the same time, it is equipped to host meetings and small gatherings.

Naturally good
We want “naturally good” to play a significant role in our cuisine. The dishes are prepared by Chef Enrico Braganti and they carefully consider the local ingredients, seeking the right interpretation through a thoughtful and respectful use of our local products. It will be a pleasure to savor the stories of those who have preserved these products and traditions over time, turning them into a resource to share and enjoy.
Timeline - The Story Continues
Discover the evolution of the hotel, from the beginning to the present through all the phases of redevelopment and restyling.
In 2021, the Diocese of Gubbio decided to regain control of the management of the “Beniamino Ubaldi” Hotel due to the nedd to renovate and revitalise the facility
The first step was to announce a design competition for architectural firms that have to develop a new concept for the hotel. Menichetti + Caldarelli studio from Gubbio won the competition and got the design.
It became necessary to develop a new identity with a new name and logo to break away from the past and give substance to the ideas. Thus, HUB HOTEL was born.
In March 2022, the construction work began. The building site was active, and efforts were underway to complete the work as quickly as possible.
In April and May 2022, the work did not stop. We were working on the structure and internal divisions of the hotel.
In June and July 2022, the work rapidly progressed as regards the reorganisation of the interior spaces.

In November 2022, the internal work went on regarding the arrangement of a new kitchen.
In December and January 2023, the work was almost over. The opening was near.
At the beginning of February, the new hotel sign was installed...
